Another big weeding session at the Millennium Garden this morning. Looking tidier, bit more to do but it got a bit warm – definitely an evening event in the future! Plenty to go on the compost heap. A little disappointed to find half a dozen cigarette butts around the benches since last evening but they’ve been disposed of. Some lovely colour from different shrubs, the berberis is particularly spectacular. A reminder that one of the benches is very wobbly and we have put a notice on it. The fence planters are arriving in June and hopefully will be as amazing as last year. Next task is to attack the brass plaques with Brasso!
