Summary notes of the meeting (if any):
Two new litter bins have been installed: one on the Ashby Road opposite the Millennium Garden and one on The Moorlands
The council will be ordering planters again for summer 2020
The date for the spring litter pick was set as Saturday 28th March
A petition is available at the Post Office in order to run a community speedwatch campaign. Alternatively, download petition form, collect signatures and return to Parish Clerk. (Previous Speedwatch at Coleorton)
The Council will be embarking on a Consultation on a 3-year enrichment plan in the new year
A petition to change the boundary to the Parish is available from the Parish Clerk
Meeting dates for the Council are being changed to start at 7.00pm on Wednesdays

Attending and Raising Topics at Council Meetings
You are very welcome to attend council meetings and see what goes on as well as being able to make comments on any item on the Agenda. If you wish to raise a topic for the Agenda for a future meeting you should email the Parish Clerk at least five days before the meeting.
