Summary Report

• The Parish Council appointed two new joint Clerks, Rhonda Dean who will act as the Proper Officer (legal issues) and Andrew Hogsden who will act as the Responsible Finance Officer.
• A contractor to rebuild the bus shelter on A512 has been approved, and Insurance Company approval is being actively sought.
• The Council agreed to carry out repairs to Peggs Green Play Equipment.
• The funding for the information boards at Lount has been received and the design approved.
• The Council approved a request for a temporary Maypole on Beaumont Green.
• The Council agreed the date of the Annual Meeting of the Parish which will be held on 26th May.
• Next meeting: Thursday 21st April 2016 at the Beaumont Centre, 7.30pm
