The Millenium sign is back up!

The Millenium sign is back up!

After standing strong and celebrating the Millennium for 21 years the big storm on 11 March blew down and smashed the sign and broke the oak post. Members of the Coleorton Heritage Group and local residents moved quickly to secure the post and sign, and Heritage Group Treasurer and ace carpenter Mike Cox repaired the sign. Anchor Lane Coleorton – Road Closure

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location. A road closure is required on Anchor Lane on the 21st May 2021 for one day. Works are scheduled to take place between 08:00 and 15:00.
