Summary Report of Meeting

6th February 2008

• The Police have reported a number of recent thefts from cars and are asking for anyone who may have seen suspicious activity to contact them.
   
• Since the last meeting the PC have been active in trying to make the hole that has appeared at the edge of Peggs Green Recreation Ground safe. However they are having a great difficulty in getting LCC or NWLDC involved. The PC have already paid for secure fencing and warning notices to be put around the hole even though they only lease the land from NWLDC.
   
• The PC has agreed to fund a parish website. Not only will it contain information about PC business but also details about other resources and activities in the parish. Anyone willing to get material together for the website should contact us through the e-mail address below or through the Post Office
• 
  Recognising the fact that not all parishioners have access to the internet, the PC is going to set up a new noticeboard in the Post Office. There will also be a secure box for Parishioners to use to get their comments to the council.
