The group has been formed from local residents with the assistance of Leicestershire County Council Park Rangers under the County Council’s VIP Scheme (Volunteering, Internships & Placements Scheme) and is primarily targeted to assist with conservation work at both Coleorton Wood and New Lount Nature Reserve.
